All services are provided remotely and may include integrations with third-party tools.

‍To access our services, you must complete the onboarding form and provide accurate business and targeting information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

‍3. Subscription & Billing
‍All services are billed on a subscription basis. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.You may upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan at any time.

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Leads are for your business use only and may not be resold, shared, or reused outside your organization.

Provide accurate targeting and business information

Not misuse or abuse the service

6. Intellectual Property
‍All content, systems, and materials developed by Prospecta, including dashboards, tools, and lead sourcing methods, remain the exclusive property of Prospecta.

8. Limitation of Liability
‍Prospecta is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business losses, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.
